They asked really clear questions about my past work. I was asked what I'm proud of from my previous jobs and what tech I've used. They also asked about my years of experience in React, JS, and Node.js.

The interview process was quite fast and efficient. I was initially contacted by an HR manager for a first interview, which involved a general presentation about the company and details about the selection process. Shortly after, the HR manager arranged for me to schedule the next interview with the senior product and project managers. This interview delved into my past experiences, skills, and technical expertise. The interviewers were very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. My final interview took place a few days later. All in all, the process moved quickly and was very straightforward.

It was the worst experience I ever had. It all started with the recruiter, who called me 40 minutes late. During the screening interview, there was a connection issue, and sometimes I couldn't hear the questions. When I asked the interviewer to repeat a question, they just said 'OK' and moved on to the next one. It was funny because they asked me about version control, and I gave a detailed answer, but they said it was wrong. Only after the interview did I realize they were asking about Inversion of Control (IOC). After a few questions, the interviewer just said they had what they needed and ended the call.

I interviewed for a mobile developer role at Omnigon, which is based in Santa Monica. The job really interested me because it uses Apple's SWIFT language and offers a lot of flexibility with remote work, though there might be some required onsite visits. Omnigon's interview process for mobile developers starts with a recruiter asking some technical questions during the initial call. Some of these questions were straightforward, but I did miss one about push notification payloads. After that, there's a 30-minute phone call with another mobile developer who asks more in-depth technical questions. If you get past that, the final technical call is with the Director of Mobile. He'll give you a one-hour live coding exercise on Coderpad.io. For my interview, the focus was on implementing a doubly linked list with specific functions like add, delete, print, and possibly reverse, starting from a head node. I had a good experience with everyone I spoke with, including the Director of HR, who took time to answer my questions even while on vacation in Europe. However, my final conversation with the CTO raised some red flags regarding company policies. Specifically, benefits start on the first of the month after you're hired, vacation time accrues only after a 90-day probation period, and a major client has a very strict NDA that prevents disclosing the client's name or the work done for them, which would impact your portfolio. I also got a 'pressure cooker' vibe, suggesting a poor work-life balance. It turns out my first technical interviewer had only been there for less than six months and resigned shortly after speaking with me. Hopefully, this helps you prepare for your interview.
