Behavioral Presentation

The three women interviewing me weren't very friendly, nor unfriendly, but very neutral, which didn't give a good impression of the organization. They said the reason I couldn't start the training was that I didn't come across as enthusiastic or motivated. I find this a strange reason, not everyone is extraverted.

Behavioral Case

Had a phone call with HR to talk about my CV and motivation. Then had an interview, for roles different from the ones I applied for. Afterwards, I was criticized for not knowing which roles I was applying for (which is difficult when you are called for an unknown role).

I first connected with the SAP team during the March 2024 ICT Welcome Day, where they showcased their work and projects in a dynamic and enthusiastic atmosphere. This gave me a real sense of the team's vibe and potential projects. I then formally applied after the ICT Day. The recruitment process moved quickly with two stages: an HR interview followed by an interview with the SAP team lead. Both interviews were very pleasant, and they were very available to answer all my questions. Although the salary was below my expectations, I had a very good impression of everyone I met.

Technical Behavioral Other

You start by applying online with your CV and cover letter, and then fill out your profile on the site. If your application is selected, there's an online test. After that, a phone interview. Then, a 1-hour interview with a jury about technical terms, covering things like 2-stroke/4-stroke engines, levers, prestressed concrete, construction materials, and surface/volume calculations, to see how much you know. Next, an interview with a psychologist, followed by a psychotechnical test, and a medical examination. Finally, if you pass all these stages, which can take up to 6-7 months for some parts outside the Job Day, you'll be hired!

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What is the difference between a 2-stroke and a 4-stroke engine?
  • If a train and a truck weigh the same, does the train have better grip on the rails compared to the truck on the road?
