Recruiter called me on a Friday evening, and communication was difficult due to language barriers. They asked me to alter my resume to include skills I don't possess. I tried to integrate a relevant skill into a job description, but it wasn't well-received. The recruiter never followed up to confirm if my application was submitted. It felt like poor customer service, and I'm unsure if I was scammed because I had to submit background check forms with sensitive personal information like the last four digits of my SSN.

It was a really professional interview process. They discussed most of the topics within the interview. Overall, the interview process is not so hard. Management is very understanding and transparent with the hiring process, and the compensation with benefits is a good package.
