Client Success Manager
I was reached out to by the lead Client Success person about a CSM position. The first step was a phone screen, which is pretty standard. It was supposed to be a video call, with the interviewer saying "they're friendlier" this way. I had to rush to find a spot to take the call without people around my office. When I joined the call, the interviewer said she wasn't using video because she was "getting over being sick". I thought I should have gotten an email about that beforehand, and could have just done a regular phone call. She asked me what I knew about the company. She didn't ask much about my background. The whole thing lasted about 10 minutes. I sent a thank you note but haven't heard back in over a month. I usually don't write reviews, but this was really bad, especially since I applied for a client relationship role and was interviewed by the head of the department. The company seems like a good place to work with great benefits. I hope they can improve how they handle interviews.
- Can you tell me about your understanding of our company and its business?
Product Manager
The interview process included two phone interviews, a take-home case study assigned by the hiring manager (which was easy), and a reference check, followed by an offer.
- Can you share an instance where you navigated a challenging situation?
- How have you dealt with difficult situations previously?
Customer Support Manager
The interview process took about a week, with a phone interview and an in-person interview. The phone interview was more formal, reviewing my resume, skills, and job requirements to see if I'd be a good fit for the next stage. The in-person interview at their headquarters with an engineer and director was really relaxed and personal. It felt like they were trying to understand my professional skills and experience, but also get to know me as a person and see if I'd fit the company culture. A great part was the conversation style, where we went off-topic to discuss the company and myself more. I learned a lot about their work philosophy and culture, especially when I chatted with the CEO. I never felt nervous or uncomfortable. If working for Informed.co is like this interview process, I'm excited about their balance of personal and professional approach. Good luck to others interviewing!
- How would you describe yourself in a single word?
Software Engineer
I had one phone screen and then went in for one interview. It went really well. They were punctual and eager to chat, wanting to understand me better as a developer and as a person. It was a unique experience, and I left feeling confident. They were upfront about their needs and how I could contribute to the team. No games.
- Tell me about your experience with 3P marketplace questions.
