Executive
The interview process was good and nice, with a cooperative interviewer. I liked how the questions were asked and would encourage others to join the company.
- Tell me about your previous job experience.
Associate
Submitted an application online. After that, there was an initial phone chat, followed by a 30-minute in-person meeting. Then, a recruiting event with a reception, and finally, a full day that included a panel interview and a brief 1-2 minute presentation. The questions were provided in advance, with about 4-5 minutes to prepare. It was mostly about personality, aiming to see how you present yourself and if you can think on your feet, as they're looking for specific traits.
- Could you describe our company's business in your own words?
Human Resources Generalist
Got to the interview site. The recruiter I talked to on the phone met me. Sat with the recruiter for about 15 minutes to cover some things we didn't get to in the 30-minute phone call. Recruiter said the head of HR would be here soon. Waited about 40 minutes for them. The head of HR's questions were kinda interesting. There were only 1 or 2 questions really, just phrased differently. She was flipping through my resume a lot, looking at the same stuff repeatedly. I had a list of questions for her. Only got one answered, and it was only partly answered. She seemed unsure how to answer the rest and just talked in circles. Not sure if it was a tactic or she didn't know. She went off on tangents about unrelated things, and I zoned out at one point.
- So, what caught your eye about this job?
- What's the reason you're looking to leave your current role?
- What would you say is your biggest strength?
Recruiter
The interview was brief and effective. The interviewer was knowledgeable and offered valuable insights into the position. They also outlined a clear timeline for the next steps. The conversation concluded on a positive note.
- How do you approach task prioritization?
