I interviewed with ICC and their client for almost 2 months starting from September, 2016. First of all, they were not transparent about the position and the delay in the process. I scored well in the client interview and they wanted to bring me onboard but ICC kept me waiting for a final decision for another month. The communication between them and their client is appalling. Finally, ICC told me that all the positions went on hold indefinitely. When the recruiter initially called me, he made it sound like this position would be filled as soon as possible because of demand whereas in fact, he made me waste 3 months which I could have invested elsewhere. I have made the decision that I would never work with such an organization ever which does not care about the time and efforts of candidates.

Had a recruiter call initially. Then a tech interview, followed by an onsite. Overall a very negative experience. The job title changed multiple times throughout the process. I felt the recruiter was being evasive and didn't press them on a salary figure they were uncomfortable with. There were significant delays and a lack of communication. I ultimately withdrew my application when the job description and title were changed for the second time, which felt like a bait and switch. I suspect the recruiter was not transparent about the role and may have been misleading internal stakeholders as well. I would avoid this company.

So I got contacted by ICC and they wanted me to come in. I ended up driving two hours to Columbus for it. First, I talked to a recruiter who told me all about the company and their training for new consultants, which sounded pretty good. Then came a timed SQL test on an old laptop, where I wasn't sure if my answers were getting saved properly. It took about an hour, wasn't super hard, but I guess I didn't pass by just a few points. They told me I didn't pass and then pretty much rushed me out, didn't even get a tour or a real interview after that long drive. Honestly, it's weird that passing a basic SQL test is the be-all-end-all, especially when they say they train new people so well. It felt really unprofessional, to be honest. Plus, the salary they offered wasn't great.

So, the interview process involved a phone screening, which was pretty straightforward and went well. It focused on behavioral questions, asking about my past job experiences. After that, I had a technical interview. It was a good experience overall, especially since it was my first interview in the US.
