I had a panel interview with 4 supervisors. They asked about my work history/background and then asked a lot of 'tell me about a time when...' questions. Honestly, it got old after about 45 minutes of them just rephrasing the same questions.

The hiring process moved along quickly and without a hitch. I heard back from the company pretty fast after submitting my application on their website. A recruiter from Miraca reached out by phone to go over my work background and my career aspirations. The recruiter was super friendly and seemed genuinely happy in her role, showing a lot of excitement for Mirca. After that, I was set up for an in-person interview with four different managers. Each meeting lasted about 30 minutes, totaling two hours. They also gave me a tour of the lab facilities, which were quite impressive. I got the offer a few days later. The recruiter kept me informed every step of the way, so I was always in the loop. It was a really positive experience!

It was a panel interview with about 5 people. They asked questions about my science background and education. A big part of it was seeing how well I work in a team, since communication and relying on others is important in the lab. The vibe was pretty chill, no pressure at all.
