The Sales Director wasn't very confident in my abilities, even after I was hired. He kept this opinion throughout my time there and would share negative feedback with the leadership team, especially when I was going through a difficult personal time and trying my best to perform well.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed for a Training Manager/Specialist role at InfoPro Learning. The process had at least four steps, beginning with an HR screening, then written assessments, followed by interviews with a Manager and an AVP. They really dug into my ID knowledge and skills, covering Needs Analysis, Design Decisions, Training Evaluation, my work experience, and presentation skills. I liked their test questions and how they covered a wide range of skills. One issue was some differences between the job description and what the consultant said, though HR fixed that quickly. I wasn't sure if my work test was reviewed thoroughly. The HR also asked if I'd accept a salary much lower than their initial quote, which was a dealbreaker for me. I was rejected the week after.

I had my interview in Noida. The process had 2 parts: first, an aptitude test for about an hour with math and english, and second, an interactive face-to-face interview for 20-30 minutes. It was both technical and HR because it was an entry-level position.

When I applied for this role, I was a bit worried after reading Glassdoor reviews and unsure about joining. However, the HR and hiring managers helped me make a decision. 🤠 It's definitely not a great place to work.
