Technical Behavioral

The recruiter was nice and friendly. They held two technical rounds for me, considering my 7 years of experience, and finished them on time. They asked many scenario-based questions related to SSIS, SSRS, and SQL. I was offered the CTC I expected, but they mentioned the offer letter would come 15 days before the joining date. I had to reject it because of the location.

Technical Coding Behavioral Case

The interview process had three rounds. The first round (L1) was straightforward and included basic questions along with some Java 8 coding. The second round (L2) focused more on the candidate's technical profile and questions related to the job requirements. The third round (L3) was with the client and mainly consisted of scenario-based questions to assess how candidates would handle real-world problems. Overall, it was a nice interview experience. However, there's an issue when you reject their offer, especially if you find a better opportunity. The HR team becomes unwilling to listen to the reasons for choosing another offer. They attempt to guilt-trip you, and if you don't change your mind, they resort to abusive language, calling you unethical. I found out they record all calls with candidates without consent. Even if you hint at possibly preferring them, they use it to claim you've agreed, citing the call recording. I strongly advise against interviewing with this company. If they behave this way during recruitment, imagine how they treat their actual employees. I would never join them.
