Voice Process Associate
It was a very pleasant experience with nice people. The interview had three parts: first was a listening skill test, the second was a logical reasoning test, and the third was a typing test.
- Can you tell me why you think you're the right candidate for this position?
Project Manager
It was a smooth interview process with just one round directly with the Managers. However, the number of rounds can vary depending on the specific project you're being considered for; some folks from other teams went through 2-3 rounds.
- Can you start by telling us about yourself?
- Describe your experience with communication.
- How do you handle stakeholder engagement?
Software Engineer
The interview process has 3 rounds. Typically, 2 are technical, and the last one is an HR/salary negotiation. However, be ready because sometimes there can be 3 technical rounds. You might have to code on your own machine using an IDE.
- Can you explain OOPS concepts using real-world examples?
- What distinguishes an abstract class from an interface, and could you provide pseudo-code to illustrate them?
Human Resources
I had about an hour-long interview with the HR person or hiring manager. They asked me typical questions about my background and my knowledge of the HR field. They let me know the outcome within 3 days.
- Can you list the main areas within Human Resources?
