First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at InfoLogitech.
Software Engineer
The interview started with a discussion about my undergraduate projects, where I elaborated on my final major project. Following that, I was presented with several code snippets and asked to provide solutions, which I believe I answered correctly.
- Can you tell me about your final major project from your bachelor's degree?
HR Associate
The interview process happened at home and then at the office. The office interview went pretty well. An employee even told me they were going to hire me and to look out for an email, but then they ghosted me. No call, no email.
- What draws you to a smaller company compared to major tech corporations?
Human Resource Associate
All rounds were conducted by a single interviewer. The same questions were asked, and she seemed confused. Ultimately, they chose candidates based on their appearance and good looks, not skills. My friends and I weren't selected due to our looks.
- What is your motivation for joining our company?
Software Engineer
It's a service based company, and I'll have an interview with the client. There are two interview rounds in total. The first round is technical, and the second round is HR. In the first round, we discussed technical questions. I waited a few days for feedback and then got a call from HR about the next steps.
- Could you answer some interview questions related to your core areas of expertise?
