I got a call from aspiring mind for an interview at infogix in bangalore. there were four rounds in total, and it felt pretty easy. first, we had a written exam with about 25 questions covering quant, verbal, and logical reasoning. this was followed by a group discussion (gd) where they put 5 to 7 people together. after the gd, there was an interview that included both technical and hr parts. unfortunately, I didn't make it past the third round, which was the technical interview.

A recruiter found my email on Dice and reached out. She called to set up a phone interview to discuss the role and my resume. The phone interview was pretty basic. During the phone interview, she explained the job and the company's business. We then reviewed my past work experience and skills, focusing on areas where I had the most expertise. A few days later, she emailed me to arrange an in-person interview at their office. For the onsite interview, I met with three people in a conference room. One person provided company information and details about the job description. Another person asked behavioral questions about my past experiences in a support role, such as how to handle difficult people. I was also presented with scenarios and asked to explain my solutions. The third person assessed some of my listed skills, like SQL, and my ability to write queries.

I went through a 5-round interview process for the Infrastructure Engineer Trainee role, and I managed to complete all of them in a single day. The stages were: a paper-based aptitude test, an HR interview where they asked me some basic personal and behavioral questions, a technical interview with the technical lead, a phone interview with a Senior Manager, and finally, an interview with another Senior Manager.
