Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infogain.
Project Manager
It was a 3-round interview process. First, a Sr. PM asked about Project Management knowledge and concepts. Then, the head of the LOB discussed my overall experience. Finally, there was an HR round with salary negotiation. The offer came quickly, and the HR person did a great job explaining the benefits.
- Discuss your knowledge of PMBOK.
- Explain your understanding of Agile concepts.
- Share your experience from past projects.
Project Manager
This company had a really strange interview process. I was interviewed for one position, then they rejected me but later reached out saying they liked my profile and wanted to hire me for a different role. What's weird is that as we discussed it, the profile changed again, and it doesn't match my experience at all.
- Tell me about your experience with project management.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses as a project manager?
- Describe a challenging project you managed and how you overcame obstacles.
Project Manager
I went through four rounds total. First, a recruiter call, then three additional interviews. I spoke with the hiring manager, and two other team members. It was a pretty standard process. Some interviews were tougher than others. I felt a bit nervous during the interview with the executive stakeholder because he was hard to figure out.
- What are your long-term professional aspirations?
