Power BI Consultant
The interview process started with a Technical Video Interview where I was asked SQL queries and some theory about SQL. I also had to write queries on notepad on my screen. The second round was an HR Video Interview where the interviewer asked about my background and experience, my salary expectations, and why I was leaving my last organization if I had prior experience. They also asked some basic HR interview questions.
- Can you explain what Joins are and their purpose?
- What are the distinctions between Delete, Truncate, and Drop commands?
- Could you elaborate on Inner Join and its different types?
Consultant
The interview process involved questions about the general software development life cycle and past experience in the software development profession. It was a fairly relaxed and casual interview process. They also asked about experience in different web development related technologies and any experience in ServiceNow. I feel they don't have a very good approach to bringing in experienced developers. The final offer was lower than my current employer.
- Can you share if you have experience working in an Agile environment?
ServiceNow Developer
After resume shortlisting, there was an online technical round where they asked questions on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including five HTML5 tags, what CSS is and why we use it, and basic JavaScript concepts like functions, data types, keywords, arrays, and array lists.

- Explain what CSS is and its purpose.
- What is JavaScript and how does it differ from Java?
Director of Human Resources
The interview process was very structured and professionally managed. I was informed about the number of rounds and who the interviewer would be before the interview was scheduled. The biggest highlight was the fast speed of the process and decision making.
- Questions about my background and my position at Infocenter.
