Interview process was pathetic. They took almost 2 weeks for interviews and scheduled the HR round only after completing 2 technical rounds (including a telephonic interview). No offer was extended because they claimed they didn't have the budget and blamed the candidate for not being selected. Interview Mode was online. HR round checks expectations and skills. Technical rounds lasted at least 30 minutes. HR was in a hurry to schedule interviews without understanding if skills matched company requirements.

The interview process was pretty smooth. I had two technical rounds. The interview covered JAVA basics and programming questions. The first round was with Infobeans Technologies, and then I had a client round.

The interview experience was quite negative. The HR team in Pune had issues with coordinating interview schedules, and calls were frequently missed. After clearing the initial technical round, a second round was scheduled and confirmed via email. However, the call for the second round never happened, and HR did not respond to concerns raised via email. The Pune HR team's unprofessionalism was evident throughout the process.
