Marketing Assistant
The interview process was smooth and everyone was friendly. They put me through a lot of rounds, but I didn't get the job. The only thing that could have been better is that they didn't get back to me. The process was thorough though.
- Could you walk me through how you approach writing projects?
Product Segment Specialist
I went through 3 interviews. The first was with a recruiter, and the second was with the hiring manager. The third was supposed to be with a panel. I was told I would hear back after the 2nd interview by Friday (it was a Tuesday). It's been about 3 weeks and no response even after I reached out various times. Unprofessional and disrespectful. I've worked on a recruitment team and we let everyone know where they stand whether they got an offer or not.

Customer Success Manager
My recent hiring experience was super frustrating. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. Then, I was supposed to talk to the hiring manager, but that interview got pushed back. The day it was rescheduled for, the recruiter emailed saying the hiring manager needed to reschedule *again*. This kept happening multiple times, and I had to chase the recruiter just to get a brief phone chat. Finally, I spoke with the recruiter, and they mentioned the director of customer success still wanted to chat. In the end, I didn't get the job. It's not the rejection itself that bugged me, but all the constant rescheduling and poor communication. It felt like a huge waste of my time, and they kept giving me false hope. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect. I guess I dodged a bullet, but others might not be so lucky. Just be ready for potential time sinks and communication issues.
- Can you tell me what you know about our company?
Manager
HR will usually reach out to candidates that the manager has selected. You'll have your first meeting with HR, then the manager, typically on the same day. For positions above assistant level, a meeting with the CEO is usually required as well.
- The HR representative is looking for evidence of friendliness, politeness, and good communication skills.
