This is part of the college placement process, and it can be quite a journey. First, we had to prepare for a group discussion, and then we went on to the final interview round. They usually let us know the results within a day or two, which can be a bit nerve-wracking. Thankfully, the interview itself wasn't too bad, which is a relief during this stressful time.

Technical Behavioral Presentation Case Other

The whole interview process took about 4-5 hours. First, I had an aptitude test that included reasoning, math, and English sections, which I finished in about an hour. The HR reviewed it and pointed out two mistakes, which I corrected before sending it off. Then there was a phone call where we just discussed my past work experience. After that, a panel round which felt like harassment. Two people, a girl and a guy, conducted it for about two hours. They asked everything possible until I felt tortured, covering my previous work, random general knowledge questions (capitals, CMs, PMs), why sales, and a mock sales pitch that they critiqued very rudely. They wrongly claimed I didn't do well on the aptitude test and tried to make fun of my answers. They were so rude and argumentative, it felt like they were just there to reject candidates. They blamed me for everything, from my experience to my aptitude test and everything in between. Afterwards, the HR said they'd let me know the feedback, but it's been over two months, and despite contacting them multiple times, I haven't heard anything. I think they're fraudulent, just wanting to interview you, get work secrets, and demotivate you. I suggest you don't waste your time. My personal experience was horrible.
