The interview process starts with Round 1, a Screening / Initial HR Interview. This is to check basic qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit. It's done by HR or the recruitment team and lasts 15–30 minutes, conducted in person. They'll focus on your resume and career history, why you're applying, your availability and salary needs, your communication style and personality, and if you understand the role. Then, Round 2 is a Technical / Functional Interview. This is to see your domain knowledge, role-specific skills, and problem-solving ability. The hiring manager or a senior team member will conduct it, and it'll take 45–60 minutes.
- Can you tell me about your experience in sales and how you approach handling objections?
- Tell me about your sales experience and your skills in handling objections.
Sales Associate
The interview process was a bit tough, but not a big issue as companies want the best employees. First, there was a group discussion, and after clearing that, it was time for a personal interview (PI). After the PI, they said they would call, but they didn't. I don't know how many vacancies they have; they conduct interviews daily. I think HRs might be practicing on you because you won't be selected even after a great interview.
- Can you introduce yourself?
