Business Manager
It was a long but justified interview process. I met with several people in the business unit, which was helpful to get to know the team before joining.
- What is your motivation for changing industries?
Management Trainee
It starts with resume shortlisting, then an aptitude test, followed by two group discussions. The GD topic was 'OTT vs theatre experience'. After that, there's a technical and HR interview with a panel. Finally, a final offer is given.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Manager
Due to some management changes, a few of the interview rounds were repeated. It started with HR asking basic questions. Then, I was moved to a VP who asked some straightforward questions about my process, why I was leaving, and my salary expectations. The next interview was with a Sr. VP, lasting about 45 minutes to an hour, where they delved into detailed questions covering analytical, behavioral, and stability aspects. Following that, I had another conversation with a different Sr. VP who asked a couple of basic questions. Since the role was for a senior position, the final round was with the HR head.
