Engineering
Hey, let's talk about job interviews. They can make you super nervous, right? Like your whole life is on the line and you have to prove you were born for this one job. While they're always a bit stressful, you can make it way easier and more likely to work out. The biggest thing is to be ready. That means more than just bringing copies of your resume. You gotta research the company, really get what they do, and be able to talk about it. Know your answers to the common questions so well you can say them in the mirror without reading. Figure out how you're getting there, and have a backup plan for traffic. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early, but don't go inside until about 5 minutes before. Decide what you're wearing and have it ready the night before. Shine your shoes if you need to. Do whatever it takes to look and feel professional – nails, hair, be freshly showered. Interviews are a big part of almost any career. If you take them seriously and plan ahead, you can totally nail it with less stress. You got this!

Lead Engineer
So I had 4 rounds for the Lead Engineer role, which I think is pretty standard for someone with 4 years of experience. You should definitely brush up on your Dynamic Programming skills. The first round was pretty tough, with one really hard DP problem. The next two rounds had more average DP questions, plus some stuff about my projects, basic Java knowledge, and how I approach project architecture. They also dug deep into Spring and Hibernate.
- Could you find the largest palindromic substring?
- Could you solve this really difficult DP problem?
- Could you solve these average DP questions?
Testing Engineer
The interview questions covered Java, Selenium, Maven, Github, MySQL, and Aptitude. It was a smooth process with no delays. Overall, a good experience.
- Can you explain Polymorphism?
- Can you explain Inheritance?
- What are Msql Joins?
