Applied twice. Once for Account strategist, was told I lacked the experience for the client they had in mind but was then told to reapply in a couple months when a Content Strategist position was available. So I reapplied and was told yet again that I lacked experience. Very friendly and easy to talk to over the phone, Needs to work on following up, however was polite and apologetic. The reason I applied to this company is because I have heard that this company is a great place to start in the marketing industry, however, come to find out, they are looking for more experienced people like everyone else. I plan to keep in touch and keep reapplying once experience is gained. This seems like an awesome company to work at.

The first interview was a quick and relaxed phone call with a recruiter who was super friendly and made it enjoyable. Then, I went to the St. Louis office for an in-person interview with two managers. Before that, I had to do an Article Topic exercise. This interview was also really friendly and gave me a good feel for the company. We chatted about general interview stuff and reviewed my exercise. I got to the final round, which involved going to Columbia, MO, to meet at their main headquarters. I met with two 'higher ups' who were also really nice. It was a great interview, and I was impressed by how they handled themselves. Each part of the process left me with a really good impression of the company. Even though I didn't get the job, I'd still love to work there.

I had a phone interview with Diamond. Right from the start, she seemed uninterested, making it a bit challenging. They asked some basic questions, but it felt like she had already made up her mind before we even spoke.
