There were like four rounds of interviews, which was kinda wild for the level I was going for. I talked to like ten different people. It was pretty standard stuff, you know, asking me to walk through my experience and what my goals are. Everyone was super nice, till the last one with the HR director. He made me do some online psych tests and then sat me down to go over the results. He didn't really grill me with questions though.

The process started with a phone interview to gauge potential fit, focusing on getting to know me and reviewing my resume. The next week, I went in for a math and logic test early in the morning. After that, there were 9 separate 30-minute interviews. I found out the results the following week.

After an initial phone interview, I visited the company's headquarters in Chicago. I had to complete a math and logic test before continuing. Both tests were pretty easy. I then had five 1-on-1 interviews and one interview with two people. I also interviewed with a partner.

The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked what you did, what you can do, and what you want to do. Make sure you know yourself and your goals, as this isn't the place to figure that out. Expect multiple interview rounds, with the final decision coming from the main decision-maker.
