The interview process included 3 rounds: two technical rounds and one manager round. The technical rounds asked questions based on experience, and the manager round also had some technical questions mixed with management-related ones.

I was shortlisted in December 2019 for a Senior PHP Developer role. On the interview day, the HR wasn't there. The interviewer, unexpectedly, focused on Node.js and Angular instead of PHP. I passed the first round. In the second round, I mentioned I applied for a PHP role, which surprised the interviewer. He then explained the job involved working at a client's location, which was very far and lacked cab facilities. I declined because I wasn't informed about the client or the lack of cab service. Coincidentally, the client (Icreon) had contacted me a week prior, and I'd refused their offer for the same reason. To make things worse, they misled me. When I called the HR to discuss this, she acknowledged a possible confusion and promised a callback, but never followed up. They wasted my time and money (around 500 rs. for cab).

I had to wait for about 2 hours for my interview. The interviewer seemed uninterested when it was my turn. After the first face-to-face, the HR person told me I was selected and asked me to fill out a form. The HR then proceeded to praise the company. However, they rejected my desired CTC. This was disappointing because I had already communicated my minimum acceptable salary, which they had initially agreed to, but they still offered less. I told them they wasted my time, especially since I had to miss another interview that overlapped, which might have offered a salary closer to my expectations.

Worst Interview Process: I was first called for a face-to-face interview. Then, I went through 3 rounds of technical interviews with 3 different people, where they mostly asked the same questions, which was a waste of my time. After that, I was told to leave. A few days later, I called them to inquire about the results, and they scheduled another telephonic interview, seemingly just to keep me engaged and interested. Again, after a few days, I called to ask for the results, and they asked me to come for a face-to-face interview (I live 48 km away) with my documents to receive an offer letter and join immediately. Upon arrival, they conducted 3 more rounds of interviews with 3 different people. Finally, they rejected me due to budget issues, claiming I had mentioned things on my resume that they didn't want. My question is, why did they shortlist me, waste my time and money (Rs 10,000), call me twice for face-to-face interviews from 48 km away, if those things were already on my resume?
