I sent in my resume and didn't get a response. I reached out to the recruiter and had a phone screen, then an interview with an executive on site. The interview questions were generic, not really related to the job. I didn't hear back for weeks, and when I asked, they told me I wasn't selected. Since the job is still posted, I guess it's for the best.

Group

They had a group interview, which they said is what Fortune 500 companies are doing nowadays, even though they don't really have much in common with those companies. It used to be hard to get hired here, but now they really need staff and would probably hire anyone.

I applied and got a call the same week for this job. The interview process was super fast, like lightning speed. The salary offered is really good for Vegas. It was a group interview with the co-owner and office manager. They asked us six questions, and everyone got a chance to answer first at least once. They asked standard questions, nothing too hard. One question was about what car you'd be, and another was about a time you helped someone. They also told us to pay attention to who we'd hire from the group since they'd ask us that at the end. The office manager seemed a bit resentful, and the co-owner was passive-aggressive but overly cheerful. The HR rep also had a really fake vibe. They kept saying there are no wrong answers, which I found funny because, obviously, there are. In the end, I didn't get the job. The HR rep got really cold when she called to tell me I wasn't moving forward. I didn't get a good feeling when I arrived, which was a bummer since I had high hopes for Infinity. It seems like no one from my group was hired because the same positions were posted again online. I'm not sure what they were looking for, but maybe you'll know.
