First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infinity Global.
Ingeniero
- Could you tell me about a logistics project you worked on?
Demand Planner
The interview process was easy, with four rounds. It included HR, Hiring Manager, and VP interviews. The questions were technical and behavioral. They made sure communication was clear and the job description was conveyed well.
- Explain complex forecast terminologies to someone unfamiliar with the field.
- Describe your strengths and weaknesses.
Account Coordinator
The hiring process here is pretty long, it can take a whole week or even more to get a response back. They get a ton of applications so you gotta be patient. You'll start with a phone screen and then probably have a bunch of in-person interviews, or maybe over the phone or Skype, with different managers and execs, and some of them might even be in different time zones.
- Tell me about the worst manager you've ever worked with and the reasons why.
- Can you describe the best manager you've ever had and explain your reasoning?
Operations Director
The interview process was quite thorough. It went beyond just verifying my skills and really focused on assessing my fit with the role and the team. It felt more like a genuine conversation about alignment, personality, and future potential rather than a technical screening.
- Am I the right person to lead and put things in place where they need?
