First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infinity Creative Agency.
Coordinator
The whole thing took about a month to complete and I think there were 2 to 3 rounds. The hiring managers were really nice, which was great, but the interviews did tend to go a little long.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Digital Manager
I had two meetings for the Digital Manager job. It went quick and smooth. They really wanted to know about past projects and if I could mentor junior people. Both interviewers were nice and seemed eager to hire someone. After the second interview, they asked for a portfolio of past work.
- Can you tell me about your experience with hosting showroom visits?
- What kind of budgets have you managed for campaigns?
- How do you approach mentoring junior team members, and what's your management style?
Account Coordinator
I went through three interviews with ICA. There was one scheduled call, but the interviewer didn't show up, so I had to follow up to confirm if we were still meeting. They only got back to me a week later after I reached out again. After that, I asked for a few updates about how things were going with the interview process, but I never heard back after talking to three different people for the job.
- Could you introduce yourself
Social Media Coordinator
We had a casual chat and they asked some basic questions. It felt like a fun and relaxed place to work. The interview included basic questions about career goals and future aspirations.
- What are your career goals?
- Where do you envision yourself in the coming years?
