AI Operator
The recruiter started by politely greeting me and asking me to share a bit about myself. After reviewing my resume, she acknowledged my technical skills and then asked for my thoughts on AI in healthcare. She also inquired about a past project where I received feedback and how I managed it, followed by a question on my career success strategy. The interview concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions. The entire session was about 30 minutes, and I was informed about the next stage at the end.
- She acknowledged my technical skill based on my resume and asked me to share what are my thoughts on AI and healthcare.
- She then asked what project have I done before that have gotten feedback from others and how I handled with those feedbacks.
- Then, she also asked what will be my main success strategy in my future career.
Customer Success Manager
The interview steps were concise and to the point which was great. 6 30 minute interviews with various members across different departments. Final interview with the CEO. As a candidate, I had to be extremely proactive in follow ups with the recruitment team and getting things scheduled. There were gaps of silence, then a rush to get remaining interviews scheduled after my continued follow up. Further, there was no direct feedback for the candidate which seemed quite unprofessional. When you spend hours in the interview process and make the final round, you expect at least some type comment as to why they're headed in a different direction, no matter how candid it might be. Additionally, some of the people I interviewed seemed very robotic in nature. Not sure if it is a personality thing, or if they were having a bad day. It seemed like the interview was a burden, especially for the CEO.
- Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging individual?
- How would your colleagues describe your strengths and areas for improvement?
- Upon being assigned a new client, what would be your initial course of action?
AI Trainer
First, I took some pre-interview tests: a computer knowledge test, a typing test, and a wifi speed test. Then, I had my first interview with a talent acquisition lead. We talked about the job's timeline, salary, and other details, followed by a standard interview. After that, I proceeded to the second interview with an operations supervisor. This involved a practical test of the job's core duties. I completed one round, received coaching, and then repeated the round. The supervisor then conducted an interview. At the end of this, I was told an offer would be coming soon.
- Do you have prior experience in the Healthcare Industry?
- Could you share an instance where you failed and what you learned from it?
Software Engineer
The interview process is not that hard but its lengthy and took me two months, Recruiter reached out to me in May for initial screening. And here's the rest of interview process: 1) 1 hour technical screening where we talked about writing a pesudo code for a use case and further scaling it up to a system level. 2) 1 hour technical screening consisting of 20 min behavioral and a 40 min DSA (Nothing too crazy, just a LC medium level question) 3) Onsite consisting of 5 rounds. breakdown; - 1 hr Frontend system design as this is a frontend heavy role. - 1 hr Frontend coding round using React - 1 hr Backend system design round. Not as rough as frontend but focus was more on API design and DB scaling. - 30 min Product Infrastructure round (behavioral) - 30 min culture fit 4) After a positive onsite I had a 15 min chat with CEO before they extended the offer. This round is more about you asking CEO any questions you have about company. Hiring decision happens in onsite round itself. Interviewers are extremely nice and helpful. Interviews felt more like peer to peer collaboration instead of them testing my skills. Recruiter was super helpful and nice. They outsource their recruitment to third party as they are a start up so can't say if it will stay the same as they scale
- System design focused interview. Prepare most commonly asked system design questions. GreatFrontEnd is a great resource for frontend system design.
