First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infiniti.
Communications Specialist
The interview process involved many people asking many questions. It didn't really provide a clear understanding of the job description and the questions asked weren't relevant to the job. I wouldn't recommend it. I wish I had known the interview process beforehand.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you faced where you had to demonstrate leadership skills?
Project Manager
It was a good interview, with technical questions. The experience was fun and insightful. I was expecting some personal questions too, but maybe that will come later.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
IT
Tough interview of three rounds with the first being basic HR second with the concerned management and third with the VP. They started with general background questions and then went on to more specific questions. There was a salary negotiation and thats it we were done.
- What are your strengths
Business Strategy Intern
After submitting my application through the campus program, I had a phone interview. It was kind of weird they didn't bring me in for an in-person interview, especially since I live in Nashville. The questions came at me pretty fast, and I didn't get much feedback, good or bad. I was surprised to get the job offer.
