The interview process varies based on the specific needs of the role. For freshers, it starts with an aptitude test, followed by technical rounds. There's usually a 2-3 hour long round, and then a management round. If you pass these, they'll check if you're genuinely needed and a good fit for the position. If everything aligns, you'll get an offer.

I was interviewed for a Research Analyst position that was mostly about HR/Recruitment. There were four rounds in total. The first round was a one-on-one HR round focusing on fluency and interests. The second round was an Aptitude round with about 30 intermediate-level questions to be solved in 30 minutes. Then, a technical round was conducted by two senior managers, as the selected candidate would handle HR/Recruitment specifically for the IT Department. The technical questions were quite simple for a BE graduate, covering C and Java fundamentals. The final round was with the operations head in the US, conducted over Skype. The main goal was to understand why I was opting for this job and to convince them I could handle the responsibilities of an HR/Recruiter. The interview process was smooth, and I got selected.

The recruitment process was straightforward and took two days. First, there was an aptitude test which was easy and had no negative markings. Then, there was a first HR round (for the shortlist of students) which was held on campus. This was followed by a Technical Interview at the Mumbai Office, and then a Second HR round, also at the Mumbai Office.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • Questions were asked on core subjects like Data Structure, Database, and OS.
  • Technical questions were easy, asking about your preferred subjects.
  • In HR, the questions were basically about you.
