Software Developer
The interview process varies based on the specific needs of the role. For freshers, it starts with an aptitude test, followed by technical rounds. There's usually a 2-3 hour long round, and then a management round. If you pass these, they'll check if you're genuinely needed and a good fit for the position. If everything aligns, you'll get an offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Can you tell us about your knowledge of .NET technologies?
- What is your experience with WCF and Web APIs?
Research Analyst
I was interviewed for a Research Analyst position that was mostly about HR/Recruitment. There were four rounds in total. The first round was a one-on-one HR round focusing on fluency and interests. The second round was an Aptitude round with about 30 intermediate-level questions to be solved in 30 minutes. Then, a technical round was conducted by two senior managers, as the selected candidate would handle HR/Recruitment specifically for the IT Department. The technical questions were quite simple for a BE graduate, covering C and Java fundamentals. The final round was with the operations head in the US, conducted over Skype. The main goal was to understand why I was opting for this job and to convince them I could handle the responsibilities of an HR/Recruiter. The interview process was smooth, and I got selected.
- What are your interests, family background, and achievements? Why are you interested in HR/Recruitment?
- Can you tell me about non-technical Data Structures, JAVA and C fundamentals, and your BE Project?
Software Developer Trainee
The recruitment process was straightforward and took two days. First, there was an aptitude test which was easy and had no negative markings. Then, there was a first HR round (for the shortlist of students) which was held on campus. This was followed by a Technical Interview at the Mumbai Office, and then a Second HR round, also at the Mumbai Office.
- Questions were asked on core subjects like Data Structure, Database, and OS.
- Technical questions were easy, asking about your preferred subjects.
- In HR, the questions were basically about you.
