First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Infinisource.
Marketing Generalist
So, the interview process involved a recruiter chat first, then I spoke with the Marketing Director, followed by the CMO, and then one last final interview with another Director. They extended an offer, and I asked for more salary. They agreed to match my old salary, and I accepted their offer. But then, after accepting, they found someone else for cheaper and pulled their offer. It really messed me up since I'd turned down other opportunities because I thought I had this job. I think they could really improve their communication and be more upfront about things.
- How do you manage stress?
Relationship Manager
I had a phone interview with the Chief Sales Officer. It felt pretty informal and rushed. I didn't meet anyone in person, just talked to the CSO and got an offer letter via email the next day. I actually suspect they might have sent the offer too soon. It all worked out fine though, my job and the company are great, but I did find the interview process a bit unusual.

- What are your thoughts on the future direction of Human Capital Management technology?
- How do you think companies are responding to Human Capital Management technology?
Implementation Specialist
So, the hiring process here is a multi-step thing. Usually, we start by writing up the job description, then post it. After that, we schedule interviews, do some initial chats, then bring people in for in-person interviews. We follow up with candidates, and then make a hire.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Customer Service Representative
I started out with a temp agency and then interviewed with the two people who are now my managers. They asked me the usual interview questions and took me on a tour. They called and offered me the job just 15 minutes after I left the interview.
- How would you deal with a customer who is angry, yelling, and screaming on the phone?
