I got invited for an on-site interview and could pick my dates. First, I gave a short presentation about myself and a topic I was given. Then, I had a competency-based interview. After that, I did the technical interview in another room. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours, and it finished with a quick tour of the place.

It was a whole day assessment centre. There were role play scenarios where they put you in different situations. An HR interview was mixed in with these interviews. At the end, there was a group interview where you had to make a proposal to the interviewers.

I applied through NUBE and got selected for the interview. They didn't screen resumes. There were 12 people interviewing for a single position, so we spent over an hour and a half listening to everyone's experiences. Afterward, we had a group activity, and then we had to present our ideas to the two HR women.
