The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an HR screening, then an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had a final interview with the hiring manager, another manager, and their direct manager. While I enjoyed the interviews and thought the process was manageable, I was ghosted after the third interview. I sent a follow-up email about a week later with no reply. It's been almost three weeks since that last interview and I still haven't heard anything. I get that you're talking to a lot of people, but a quick heads-up that I wasn't selected would have been nice, especially after three rounds.

I applied on LinkedIn in January 2020. First, I had a recruiter screening and passed. Then, I interviewed with the Content Director and passed. After that, I did a writing test where I had to take a 15-page transcript and turn it into a blog post and a direct mail piece. They really liked it. I came back for an interview with four people at once, and aced it. That was six interviews by mid-February. Then, two more people interviewed me, bringing the total to eight. The original recruiter made me an offer, and I accepted. My boss quit two months after I started, but that's a different story. Overall, it was a long but fun interview process.

I applied through the recruiter and the process took 2 days. After that, I got a call letter. The interview process started with a technical round. First, the technical recruiter asked me to tell them about myself, after which they deeply focused on my project. I clearly explained my project. The technical recruiter then asked me to write the code for my project and how to execute it. After that, they asked about SQL queries and to write queries.

Behavioral Technical

I applied for the Project Delivery Consultant role and my background seemed to be a perfect match. After a phone screening, the recruiter informed me that I was actually a bit overqualified, as they were initially looking for a Consultant I. However, they were impressed with my profile and decided to consider me for a Consultant III position instead. This led to three more hour-long interviews, after which I was ghosted. It felt like a complete waste of my time.
