They asked more personality-based questions than qualifications-based ones. The job was described in detail. I felt as if they are most concerned with the candidate being a good fit for the company culture.

I had to go in person for the interview. I got there an hour early just to get my thoughts together. It felt more like a chat, pretty chill. The person interviewing me was nice. We talked about some technical stuff and then some culture questions came up too. They were upfront about what they were looking for, even if I didn't tick all the boxes, which was cool.

It was a pretty chill process since it's a small engineering team. I met with a senior project manager and the engineering manager. We chatted a bit at their office and then they took me out to lunch.
