There are 2 stages of interview. First, you have to do group debate with social topics. Next, there is a interview individually with normal questions. The atmosphere is common and all of staffs are very friendly to interviewers.

I was contacted by a headhunter before I applied for this junior analyst role. The interview process was a straightforward panel interview held in person at their NYC offices. There were 5 people on the panel. The second round was also in person.

It was a pretty casual process, very focused on the Asian market. They asked some personal questions too. I interviewed with the department head and other senior management. There was one phone round and then one on-site interview, which was scheduled a week after the phone call. They negotiated salary after making an offer.

Group Behavioral

The hiring process involved two group interviews. During these interviews, the managers posed the same set of questions to all candidates and carefully observed their responses. They then assessed each person based on their answers to determine if they were a good fit for the role. Prior experience in customer service is highly valued, even for positions within a bank, over finance-related experience.
