UI-UX Designer
I had one call where they asked typical interview questions, explained the role, and the reason for hiring in LATAM. Things got strange when they asked for my salary expectations. I gave the average for my country town, and they said it was higher than their offer. I find it disrespectful that US companies seek talent here, which is high quality, but offer very low salaries compared to local companies. Please don't underestimate our skills and pay fairly. They mentioned another call was scheduled, but then they ghosted me. Don't waste your time with such companies.

Strategy Manager
It was a typical screening, starting with a quick HR phone call. Then I had to prep and give a 30-minute presentation on a current trend to about 6 senior folks from different teams. I don't think they do that part anymore though. After that, I had several one-on-one in-person interviews with the hiring manager, the head of strategy, and an account director. Overall, it was a pretty thorough and good experience.

Account Director
About a year ago I interviewed for an AD role with the "hiring manager's" manager. It was a great interview, we hit it off and she stated that I needed to meet with the actual hiring manager but that would be it because I was a great fit. It took place on a friday and I had the next interview the following Monday. The hiring manager interview went well also, but now I need to meet with one more person, so I did that afternoon, that interview went great as well, so then they asked me to meet with one more person the following day, a Tuesday. The entire time I was hearing that I was a great fit from everyone and then....nothing, completely ghosted. I reached out about a week later to the original recruiter for closure, but never heard a response. I'm not sure if this is a sign of the times or the org, but either way that kind of experience is never OK.
