The interview process felt longer and more detailed than others I've done, but it was really well thought out, organized, and enjoyable. I applied on their website and got an email confirming receipt, with a promise to follow up. A few days later, they emailed me to schedule a quick phone chat. About a week after that, I went in for a brief in-person meeting. Within a few days, they contacted me again to come in for a full-day interview. They were great with communication and timing, and setting up the interviews was a breeze. The full interview day was pretty intense, but everyone was super friendly, and they explained how this detailed process tied into their hiring and growth strategy. They even got back to me really fast after the interview with an offer.

An HR rep reached out to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The 30-minute call went really well. The interviewer mentioned they would first check if remote work was okay for me, then get back to me, wanting to be upfront and create a good recruiting experience. But they never followed up with any updates. My emails and calls were ignored. As a recruiter myself, I would never ghost a candidate; it's a bad practice and a terrible experience.

They reach out to you quick after you apply and have a good mission. But, there seems to be high turnover and no direction. It looks like you’ll be doing a lot of work, and I’m assuming bc of the company layoffs is why everyone is new on the team I interviewed with. They asked random questions about your life experiences.
