got an email to set up a call with HR, the call lasted about 30 minutes, but then i didn't get selected for further steps. i heard there's usually a technical interview on-site, though i wasn't in the country. they let me know by email.

Indigo Ag really takes a lot of time to try and get to know you as a person. After the initial phone call interview, the on-site interview is very thorough and in-depth. You will likely get to talk with multiple people on the team one-on-one. I was asked a lot about my soft skills, what I am passionate about, and what I want to get from this position/experience.
