Account Manager
The interview process had some great people but was really disorganized. First, I had a recruiter interview where we talked about the company, the role, and my resume. They said I did well and moved me to a phone interview with the hiring manager. After a long wait, I contacted HR, and they scheduled the next interview for that day. This interview was with another nice person who also reviewed my resume and the role. They liked me and suggested an in-person panel interview next. I agreed, and they said they'd tell HR. Again, I waited a long time and contacted HR. It turned out the person who interviewed me had quit the day after our interview and hadn't filed paperwork. So, I had to do another phone interview with the *new* hiring manager. This was similar to the previous ones – they discussed the role, company, and my background. They liked me again and wanted to schedule an in-person panel interview. This process took a while again, but after I reached out, they quickly booked my flight and hotel for an interview the following week. I flew to Minneapolis for an in-person panel interview with 6 people doing 5 different interviews. The questions were pretty standard, and everyone was polite and professional. I thought the interviews went well and was told I'd hear back within a week. The deadline passed, and I still hadn't heard from them. I emailed HR and was contacted by someone new who told me I didn't get the job because of a lack of sales experience. This was frustrating because we had already discussed my sales experience in detail with three different people, including two hiring managers, before I flew to Minneapolis. It felt like a waste of time since it was something they knew about and could have disqualified me earlier.

Account Manager
I had a timed video interview first. Then they invited me for an in-person interview at their office and paid for my travel and stay. The next day was packed with interviews. They kept saying how great my background and interview were. I had to do a presentation about the company and meet with multiple panel groups. They said they'd let me know in a few days, but I never heard back, even after following up. It was a bad experience because I did all that and got no feedback.

Account Manager
The whole interview process was pretty thorough. It started with a recruiter giving me a call. After that, I had a phone chat with the manager of the team. Then, I went in person for a bunch of interviews with different Indigo leaders. Once my panel interview wrapped up, they checked my references and then made me an offer.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Can you go over your previous work experience?
- What's your sales performance been like, both in the past and currently?
