First, HR asked some questions over the phone. Then, I had an in-person one-on-one interview. It was a simple process and a nice experience.

I was invited to an interview and wasn't told upfront that it was a panel. There were easily eight people asking questions. It felt like an inquisition, and some people were really disrespectful in their reactions to my answers. I knew right away that I wouldn't get the job, which was fine with me based on the way they treated me during the interview.

I was emailed to set up an in-person interview. A group of three librarians asked me questions one by one and wrote things down. I also got to ask them some questions. About three weeks after, they emailed me saying they hired someone else, but they did give me some nice feedback.
