Digital Marketing Coordinator
I put my application in online and then had a phone interview. After that I met the hiring manager for coffee to chat more about the role. They decided to go with someone who already worked here.
- Can you tell me about your professional background, and your experience in sports marketing?
- What experience do you have in sports marketing?
Intern
The interview process was very quick and easy. Everyone I talked to was amazing and the experience was great. I ended up receiving the offer and the internship. I learned a lot during the interview process as well which helped me develop additional skills for future interviews.
- Can you tell me about your academic background?
Design Intern
So the process started with a quick 10-minute phone call, I think just to see if we were on the same page before bringing me in for an in-person. The in-person interview had the Art Director, Senior Designer, and Project Manager, and the Marketing Director also joined to watch.
- Can you talk about your most accomplished projects and the reasons behind their success?
- What part did you play in those projects?
- Could you describe your proficiency with the Adobe Suite?
Field Marketing
It was pretty easy, just the basic situational and behavioral questions. If you have ever been in an interview you will be fine. Just be outgoing with a salesman personality. You will be traveling and talking to a lot of people during the internship so you want to make sure they know you are a people person.
- How would you get 100 people to sign up for an e-newsletter while working at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse? Would you wait for people to approach you, or would you proactively engage them?
