First I had an interview with HR, they had a group of people who handled this process for just the pharmacy. Then I had to travel to Indianapolis and they paid for my hotel. After that, I was interviewed by a group of my peers. Next, I met with both the director and assistant director for a lunch/informal interview. The whole staff met me and I got a tour of the hospital. Overall it was a positive interview process.

Applied online and got a phone call within 2 weeks. Then I met with two managers at the hospital. They gave me a tour of the pharmacy. I got an offer by the end of the interview. It felt easy and professional. The managers noted they enjoyed getting questions from me and seeing my genuine interest in the position.
