Talent Acquisition
The hiring process took a really long time. There were a bunch of interview rounds, including a really long day of back-to-back meetings on-site with different teams. It also took a long time between each interview round, so the whole thing took at least 6 weeks, maybe longer.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Admin Assistant
It was a chill, fast, and simple process. They just chatted with me to see if I'd fit the team or department.
- Can you share more about yourself?
Director, Finance
This interview process had 3 stages: a phone interview, a Zoom interview, and an in-person interview. The HR team needs significant improvement and is extraordinarily unprofessional. The whole thing took 6 weeks and ended with a 4-hour in-person interview. I didn't get any feedback or even know if I got the job. The top people in the organization have no organization.
- Were you asked behavioral questions?
- Were you asked situational questions?
- Did you complete a small case study during the in-person interview?
Director
HR communication was really bad, they would ghost candidates. The interview process is super long and HR doesn't respect your time or their own deadlines. The interviews are very behavioral. The interviewers are all very nice and you get a lot of time to ask them questions.
- What motivates your desire to join the IU Foundation?
