The interview process was really fast and easy. They were super nice and made things feel relaxed, so you don't have to worry about being nervous. Just be sure to have your portfolio ready, as they were really impressed by that.
- What makes you want to join our team?
General Assistant
The GA interview was all about technical troubleshooting, Canvas LMS support, and how I'd handle problem-solving situations. It involved talking about my past experience, my customer support skills, and my technical know-how. After that, there were some situational questions and a hands-on task to do.

- How would you help a faculty member with a course content problem on Canvas?
- Describe a situation where you troubleshooted a technical issue for a student or faculty member.
Executive Director of Marketing
The interview process took about 4 months and included a full day of presenting and interviewing on campus. While there, I met with several groups, had lunch with the marketing team, and met with the president. I also presented my marketing approach to a large audience of 50-60 people.

First, I had to reply to a student email. Then, there were two in-person panel interviews. One panel was department heads, and the other was current counselors. Lastly, I had to give an elevator pitch presentation about why ISU is a good choice.
