Business Development Intern
First, you gotta ace an aptitude test, then there's a GD round, and after that, the main interview. It's a pretty straightforward interview, super easy for freshers to crack.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell us why you're interested in joining our bank.
- What are your expectations from our bank?
Compliance Manager
Got an email with interview details, date, and time. I could reschedule if needed. The interview was in person with three important people all at once. I got an offer.
- Have you previously answered regulatory inquiries?
Assistant Manager
The hiring process was quite long, which is pretty typical for a Public Sector Organization. It involved several steps like initial CV screening, then an interview, and finally an Induction Program. The whole thing took about 6 months from application to getting hired. Regarding the team and work environment, things are definitely getting modernized. It's not like the old stereotype of banks having only older people; lots of young folks are joining now.
- How will you contribute to improving customer service in the organization?
- Considering the intense market competition, what strategies would you employ to grow our customer base?
Credit Manager
The hiring process involved a really challenging written exam covering objective and descriptive sections on quantitative aptitude, reasoning, general awareness, and English. There was also a descriptive exam focusing on economics and finance. The interview itself was pretty average. Your chances of getting the job totally depend on how well you do on the written exam. Overall, it's tough to pass the written part.
- Can you tell me about banking terminology?
- Can you explain what a balance sheet is?
