The interview process was really smooth. First, they verified my documents. Then, there was a group discussion (GD) and a group topic (GT) round, each lasting 10 minutes. The topics given were general. Our GD topic was about MNCs and their effects, and others got similar topics. After that, I was interviewed by a panel of four members. Two of them asked very basic technical questions, especially about pumps and bearings, while the other two asked HR questions.

I applied online back in January, then there was the GATE exam in February. They called me for interviews in June depending on my GATE score. The interview process included a group discussion and/or a group activity, followed by a panel interview. The offer was decided based on the total score of the whole process, not just the interview.
