The interview process was centered around Excel skills, specifically asking about vlookup, hlookup, and sumif, along with questions from my resume. After joining, I discovered it's a great company to work and relax in, with low pressure, good canteen food, and convenient timings: 10:30 tea break, 1:00 pm lunch, 4:30 pm snack, and leaving at 5:00 pm.
