This was an on-campus internship opportunity that was primarily based on academic performance in college. However, securing a full-time position at IOCL is quite challenging as it's one of the best companies. You need to be among the top rankers in the GATE exam and then apply. If you qualify, they'll invite you for an interview, which is extensive but covers the basics. A thorough understanding of your field and very strong fundamentals are essential.
