I got lucky and only had to do one interview at my campus to get the job. They picked the students for interviews based on their GPA and extracurriculars. Four really senior people, maybe general managers from engineering, state office, or HR, were on the interview panel. They started by introducing themselves and then asked me to introduce myself. They were really trying to make me feel comfortable. I was one of two people chosen out of about 20 interviewed from my campus. It was a really good experience overall.

The interview process was based on my GATE Score. They started by asking about my favorite topic. Since I chose Networks, they asked some questions related to it, specifically asking why UDP is used when TCP is already there and which device converts digital to analog signals for transmission. Following that, they inquired about my project.
