The selection process is based on GATE 2015 scores and includes three main parts: a Group Discussion (GD), a Group Task (GT), and a Personal Interview (PI). For the GD, the topic was about whether the Indian engineering education system needs complete changes. In the GT, the team was given a situation to solve and propose solutions. The interview covered HR aspects like family background, interests, and hobbies, as well as technical questions related to your engineering branch, focusing on your favorite subjects. All three rounds are mandatory, with no eliminations at any stage.
