So the interview started with a quick phone call to go over my background, skills, and just my general experience in SQA. After that, there were two more interviews. The first one was a technical chat about my automation skills, testing frameworks, and how I approach problems. The second interview was more about team fit, talking about teamwork, how I communicate, and if I'd vibe with the company culture.

I was pretty bummed about the interview process for the Digital Product Manager Associate job at Independent Health. It started with a chat with the hiring manager, and then there was a second interview with the Digital Product Manager Lead from the department. The hiring manager sent me over to the Lead for the next step. This virtual interview lasted about 30 minutes. They told me I'd get an email after the holidays. I sent a thank-you note to the Lead after the interview. A few weeks later, I reached out to the hiring manager about my application status. Sadly, I heard nothing back, even though I tried to follow up. Getting ghosted like that makes the company look bad and shows they don't really care about candidates' time.

I took a test and was interviewed, but never heard back. I got 100% on the test and the interview was pretty laid back, felt like I had the job. I emailed the HR person after to say thanks. But then, nothing. They apparently don't contact you if you don't get the job. It was really unprofessional of HR not to reply to my email.

It was a simple process, first an HR chat, then a meeting with the hiring manager. Everyone was very pleasant! They have a small design team and it seemed like they were prioritizing cultural fit. In the end, it didn't work out for me because of timing.
